					<description><![CDATA[<p>Magnetic separation vessels find their application area in operations where there is a need to separate large quantities of metal impurities from the liquids. According to types of the magnets used (in vessels, both weaker ferrite magnets and the strongest neodymium NdFeB magnets may be used), it is possible to separate not only larger, but also very fine impurities. Magnetic separation vessel is always equipped with a magnetic cylinder. Separated liquid flows through this cylinder that is capable of catching metal magnetic impurities. Then the impurities are wiped off the rotating magnetic cylinder, to a vessel prepared in advance.</p>

<html><body><p>Separation vessel may significantly increase separated medium (water, oil, emulsion, &hellip;) lifetime, and also the quality of the following manufacturing processes (e.g. reduction of costs of machining tools grinding) may be increased significantly.</p>
<p>Very often, magnetic separation vessel is recommended as a secondary separation element in <a title="Flow-type magnetic separator MF" href="https://magnetic-separators.info/separators/flow-type-magnetic-separator-mf-fac/">automatic flow-type separators.</a></p>
<h2>Industrial areas of MSN utilization</h2>
<p>Magnetic separation vessels find their application area in most of the operations where bigger quantities of metal magnetic impurities must be separated from liquid matters. They are used frequently in situations where &nbsp;<a title="Flow-type magnetic separator MF FAC" href="https://magnetic-separators.info/separators/flow-type-magnetic-separator-mf-fac/">automatic flow-type separator</a>s. cannot be utilized due to big quantities of separated impurities. <h2>MSN &ndash; Classic separator design:</h2>
<ul>
<li>The separation vessel consists of one (upper) tank, which is fitted with a magnetic cylinder</li>
<li>The separated liquid is pumped into this tank (ideally continuously, non-impactfully)</li>
<li>Pumping of the liquid into the separation vessel is provided by the customer (or it flows in by itself)</li>
<li>The upper tank is fitted with an elaborate breakwater to prevent overflow of the container</li>
<li>The liquid flows under a magnetic cylinder that traps magnetic impurities. The purified liquid then flows out of the separating vessel.</li>
<li>The separation vessel is usually installed in such a way that it is placed on top of the tank with the separated liquid and the purified liquid then flows back into the tank.</li>
<li>Ferrite or very high strength NdFeB magnets</li>
<li>Standard: up to 80 &#730;C</li>
<li>Ferrite magnets: 1500 &ndash; 2000 G</li>
<li>Neodymium NdFeB magnets: 5000 G</li>
<li>Cleaning of the separator is carried out automatically by wiping the dirt from the magnetic cylinder</li>
<li>Trapped dirt falls into the catch basin</li>
<li>Standard: stainless steel 1.4301 / AISI 304.</li>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>This is a vessel designed for a separation of metal magnetic impurities from the liquids. It is equipped with a magnetic cylinder catching metal magnetic impurities. Separated (cleaned) liquid IS PUMPED BACK TO THE SYSTEM from the separation tank. Separation tank UP is designed for an installation onto places where the separated (cleaned) liquid needs to be pumped back to the system. It is equipped with a sophisticated system of pumps and level sensors. Its functioning is checked using a controlling PLC system SIEMENS, controlled via color touch display.</p>

<h2>MSN &ndash; UP separator design</h2>
<ul>
<li>Separation tank consists of two containers located above each other</li>
<li>Separation tank is controlled using PLC SIEMENS with a touch display.</li>
<li>The upper container is equipped with a magnetic cylinder</li>
<li>The lower container serves to a collection of the cleaned liquid; the liquid is pumped back to the customer system</li>
<li>The upper container is equipped with a sophisticated bulwark, in order to prevent the vessel overflowing</li>
<li>The liquid flows through the magnetic cylinder catching the magnetic impurities. Cleaned liquid then flows to the lower container from which it is pumped to the customer system.</li>
<li>Both upper and lower containers are equipped with level sensors, in order to prevent the tank overflowing and pump running idle.</li>
<li>Separation tank is controlled using PLC SIEMENS with a touch display.</li>
